Based on the Articles of Incorporation, SK Innovation pays out dividends following the approval by the board of directors and general meetings of shareholders. In pursuit of stable and gradual DPS increase to expand long-term shareholders' value, SK Innovation has decided payout ratios considering various factors including business earnings results, reinvestment needs for sustainable growth, enhancing shareholders' values, payout ratio trend for the past three years, financial structure, and market circumstances. SK Innovation disclosed mid-term dividend policy: dividend payout ratio of 30% or more for FY2021-FY2023.
