In pursuit of stable and gradual DPS increase to expand long-term shareholders' value, SK Innovation has decided payout ratios considering various factors including business earnings results, reinvestment needs for sustainable growth, enhancing shareholders' values, payout ratio trend for the past three years, financial structure, and market circumstances.
